An evening of Sparkle & Ice is a celebration with Niagara-on-the-Lake Icewinemakers and their VQA wines set in the gorgeous Ballrooms of the old Courthouse. Reds, whites and sparklings are paired with Icewine inspired tastings from the Signature Kitchen Chefs. Informative hosts will share their knowledge of wine and culinary until we head outside to the Icewine Village for an Icewine toast and fireworks under the winter sky.
